When you arrive at a hotel without any prior knowledge you are not too sure what to expect. From the initial greeting to the day of leaving all we got was 110% attention and satisfaction. From pool staff, waiters and cleaners you could not ask for anymore. Overall an excellent experience that hopefully my wife and I can revisit in the future.
Perfect position opposite the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. The restaurant has a beautiful buffet breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. Room service is available during the day, nice pools, professional day Spa.
This was our second time staying at this hotel and cannot fault this it, great location across from beach, excellent service, the staff were so friendly and remember your name, food was excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. Spa was excellent and good value compared to Sydney prices.
Super helpful staff! Great Spa. Awesome oceanfront view. Central location with all major pubs, scooter rental places, markets, and beaches nearby. They arrange for a trip to Ubud and help in every possible way.
This was absolutely one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The customer service was fantastic. The facilities were above and beyond anything that I have stayed at. Would find it very hard to stay at another accommodation in Bali (this is my 8th visit).
