Payment Policy

• A full amount of the entire stay is required upon the booking made and it's nonrefundable. 
• In compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, all transactions will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) at the hotel's prevailing exchange rate.

Cancellation policy

• No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
• No cancellation or amendment will be permitted once booking is confirmed. 100% of accommodation charge will be applied at time of booking.
